Hey Guys,

So currently im building my new gaming rig. It's not all about raw performance but much on looks of it. There's the problem. I need WIFI since there's no way of using a LAN cable. But since my case has a window i don't want to stick in a crappy looking PCI Wifi card. What else is out there? I heard USB solutions are bad in terms of connection stability e.g.

what do you guys think?

Thanks for your time :)

Sorry for bad grammar (I'm german)

Forgot to mention: The system is in a nice blue look. I've seen the red adapter from asus...

Do you have all your components ordered? It might be worth investing in a Motherboard with on-board WiFi?

There is an Asus AC PCIe card that looks okay, I'll find it in a second! @thekeemo beat me to it!

there are some nice looking adapters from Asus

Never heard of that and I'm impressed, I think I'll go with that!

Thank you!

No problem...

Thought you wanted to go with WiFi because powerline may not have been an option; i use powerline as my router is downstairs, never had a problem with it. Works great. So long as you plug it into a wall socket (on both adapters), and don't have miles of wiring in your house, you should be good.

Should also be cheaper than a good WiFi solution; my adapters cost me £25 and they work great.

Second the powerline solution. Much better for me than the wifi alternative!
