I am a Racing fanatic and i have just bought F1 2015

 

The Problem i have is that when i go to shift down i cant go 8-7-6-5-4-3-2 -1 extremely fast like i can in f1 2013 and Project Cars

I have ruled out that my Racing wheel is the problem since if i set a button one the wheel to shift down i can shift at that speed

 

i can shift up Fast but not down if i want  to be in 2nd gear for say turn 4 at Monaco it wont let me
 

i also cant shift down if im mid way through a turn, but i can shift up

From what I've read F1 2015 is a terrible PC port. Not saying this is the issue, but if you don't find a fix it could be because it's just bad.
