I'm moving into a new place which is sorta-kinda wired.  Every room in the house EXCEPT MINE has ethernet wiring.  I'm not allowed to run any wiring in the place, nor am I allowed to do the LMG "carabiners on the ceiling" wiring methods.

The modem "area" (where all of the coax & ethernet drops go) is sitting in a closet which is about 20 feet from my room with only the closet wall between me and my router (Linksys WRT1200AC).

I DO have a coax drop in my room - so I have 2 choices.  Run a MoCA adapter between the closet and my room or use wifi ac through a bridge.

My internet connection is from TimeWarner, and is 100mb down, and 10mb up, so either setup will be plenty fast enough...and since I only use my NAS for TimeMachine, LAN speed isn't super important.  I don't know how reliable my speed and connection will be on wifi, especially when loading it up hard with a torrent or something that opens hundreds of connections at a time.  I also have several other wireless clients (a few wifi cameras, a couple of WeMo switches, and stuff like my laptops, phone, etc.)

Does anyone have options on which will give me a more stable speed and will be more reliable overall?  Pricing for an AC bridge vs MoCA kit is pretty much even...and I'm 10 min. from a TigerDirect store, so I'm open to trying things.

The MoCA adapter is most likely to be more reliable but in my experience with 802.11AC has been great considering my terrible Australian internet. But in your situation I would shoot for the MoCA kit it will probably suit you best.
