Windows 7 Not booting?

So you changed the hardware in your computer and now it won't boot?

 

You can either tap F8 during boot, When prompted boot into safe mode with networking and hope that windows can boot into safe mode and fix itself.

If that doesn't work you will need installation media, boot from it and select repair this PC.

If that doesn't work you may have to re-install.
