What cable(s) are you using between the graphics card/integrated graphics and your monitor?

im using a displayport cable that came with my monitor for the asus and a dvi cable for the samsung but right now only the asus is hooked up to my onboard graphics along with my tv which is hooked up via hdmi.

Have you tried different cables? it probably wont make a difference but its worth a try. It's the only thing between your monitors and computer that could still be blamed.

Only other thing I could think of would be the motherboard.

You know that guy that games on a MacBook? I'm that guy.

give the RMA form a few days. Keep trying their phone number, especially during the middle of the day. Theres no reason to buy a new mobo.

havnt filled out an rma form and i broke a clip on the pcie slot.....so i think that voids my warranty and ill try giving them a call on one of their different numbers see if they can transfer me somewhere. was hoping to get more help from the forum also i dont think its my cables just cuz having both monitors at the same time go black and say no display on them wouldnt happen even if just one was faulty i dont think.

Download the latest BIOS from MSI's website, put it on a flash drive, boot to the bios and open M-Flash.

Walk through the steps from there, and it's updated.

This is more than likely caused by a ground loop somewhere between various electronics: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ground_loop_(electricity)

Here is a visual idea of what is going on:

gndloop.gif

Are you running everything through 1 outlet? Are you using a power srip?

Your PSU should be fine. Are you sure your system is properly grounded?

This doesn't explain my main issue of my graphics card not working till I restart my computer but yes everything's plugged into a surge protector

Well since it is propagating over audio, I'd check that all your components are properly grounded. Start by inspecting the the PSU and making sure that it is grounded. You mention that you are running over a power strip. Do you have another one to test with?

I once had an old power strip that used chokes and capacitors for filtering, Once the caps started to go bad, it created line noise on my end. A ended up using an on line Uninterruptible PSU after that.

I've used two different power strips what else can I try?
