Windows 8.1 high cpu usage

so im in the task manager a lot, just to see how things are going, and i notice a few problems, all of the things below (the ones below, either sound like something harm-full, or use 30% or below in CPU\ram) if you guys need to know my specs, or any screenshots then just ask

Well, you could run Malwarebytes to make sure, but What CPU do you have?  Got it

i just ran it, it said nothing was wrong

If you expand the service host it should show you what is using the CPU.  You can then right-click the process and goto File location to identify what it is
