What are these?

I saw them in a lot of Computex Builds on youtube and im not sure what they are/do?

It's a flow meter/indicator. Pretty much useless really. 

 

EDIT: They can be used for looks, if you like them. Personally, I think they look kind of goofy.

yeah i had to hit 6 or 7 times but i'm afraid to hit cap button it might stick again lol.

It's Bitspower's flow indicator. Mostly used for bling bling but can be somewhat useful in letting you know that your liquid is indeed flowing. I have a Primochill flow indicator in my loop but it's 100% just a space holder. Can't even see the spinning wheel through the white coolant :lol:

 

Also, this particular flow indicator can be difficult to place in a lot of custom loops that use soft tubing.
