Most people will suggest the ugly Noctua ones (they're awesome fans!) so if aesthetics are not a problem they're the best. I chose Corsair SP120's for my Rad cause they're quiet, and look really nice. A lot of the time it's a preference thing / style thing. However most people either choose the Noctua ones or the Corsair ones.
Noctua ones are the: NFF-12
Corsair ones are the: SP120

I got some fractal design venturi pwm hp-120 fans and they have been working great for me. they go as low as 600 rpm and as high as 1800 rpm and are relatively quiet with full rubber corners to absorb vibrations.
