Help with Asus RMA

Hello everyone, my GPU recently died, and since I am on my phone I'd ask anyone who is interested to take a look at my profile about a thread I made about it a day or two ago.

Now my question is how can I exercise my RMA as I have seen that the limited warranty is 3 years I am still withing th warranty period, but I have no idea how to exercise the RMA, I saw the ASUS site for rma, but when I type the serial nber into the form it tells me that the product cannot be logged through this form, and that I should contact the place if purchase ( which is in another country and which I don't remember)

So any thoughts, ideas, advice?

P.S i have however used another form to fill out, and am waiting g on the answer from that.

Have you considered just straight up calling Asus or emailing them? If failing that, just go to your retailer. Even if it was worthless, you'll know what they can do for you and maybe get some advice from them.

Like I said the retailer is not an option, and I did email the, sorry for editing the post

As a tip. Gather up any paperwork that you got for the card, receipt and everything.

 

They will likely not grant you a RMA if you are missing the receipt.

I defenetly don't have the receipt, but I do have everything that came with the GPU.

You might be out of luck then. Most wont do an RMA without any kind of validation of the price and where you bought it.

I know the city, might dig and find out who the retailer is, but I pros don't get a receipt.
