Not turning on

Alright 2months ago my videocard died

now i bought a new case + videocard

if i turn my pc on the light turns on for a split second (and fans are not spinning)

but my light on my motherboard is ON

The CPU 4+4pin power plugged in? Common mistake.

 

I'd check all power cables, and try troubleshooting - take out the GPU and all Storage except for OS install drive and run with 1 stick of ram, then add components until you can no longer boot.
