Homemade LED torch casing

I help at a Cub group every now and then and somewhen I want to show them how to make a simple LED torch.

 

Something like this is the plan but then I need some sort of casing for it to keep it in place.

 

Is there anywhere that supplies things like this?

PVC pipe, some sort of reflective foil (tin foil comes to mind), a retention button and a PVC pipe width adapter.
