FX 8320 Overclocking help?

Hello. So I am fairly new to overclocking. I reached a overclock of 4.2 on my cpu and my cpu temps are fine(around 56 degrees), but my socket temps are high(around 75 degrees). I read on the Overclock.net fourms that the max temp for the cpu socket is 70 degrees. Is there anyway i can lower the temperature of the cpu socket without lowering my clock speed? Also my cpu cooler is an antec h2o kuhler 620.

Sorry to hijack this thread, but i recently got an 8350, i was wondering if you could help me with socket temps, at 4.49 and 1.3V cpu is at 52 C but my socket temp was getting into the 70's, highest was 78, i have a seidon 240m and an m5a99fx pro R2.0, my case is a c70 vengeance. can you please help me

these were my temps and the ones i was basing my statement on.

PS: The fans are 3 pin fans, so its not actually spinning at 675000 rpm, i just assume its a misread since thats pretty much impossible
