Computer Turns Off While Playing Game

Hi, So I was playing game and suddenly monitor says NO Signal and my pc restarts itself, this has been happening for a while now, but not often its really really rare, what do you think could cause this? from what I know something could be overheating and computer turns itself off so it doesnot explode or something? could CPU or GPU overheating cause this? thanks in advance

I built this 5 years ago or so I dont remember and it was kind of pre built pc bought it from store

Temps are fine, open your PC and uhm... just say what it says on the power supply.

it has happened sometimes when I was playing cs go, also while playing eve online and I dont remember other times
