Galaxy Note 4 Play Store Error

hi. i just got my NOTE 4 its model is N910F. i just made a new account on playstore and i added it and it worked just normal. after downloading 2 apps, it started giving me ERROR 491. i just searched xda and got the info where i need to remove my account and restart the device and i did it and it didnt help. the error is still there.

 

then i went to settings and application manager and force stop and clear cache and data or Playstore app, Play services and Framework and restarted the device and now i cant even get to the playstore. its opening but it says no connection although my phone is connected to WiFi. 

 

can someone help me with this? i m coming back to smartphone after long time like a year and this very problem. its LITERALLY been only 1 hour i got this device. pls help thanks in advance.

since you just bought it

just do a factory reset on it

that will get it back to the way it should be

 

you can do this in the setting manager

If you need remote help fixing something on your computer

you don't have anything on it yet so it shouldn't be a problem
