vga issue

hey people i just put a nuit mobo RAM and cpu in my computer and when i put my old gtx 560 ti i just have no signal . then i just retired the gtx and start it on the mobo graphic  and its work . but i need the gtx in it do i need to put the driver first or its another think that i need to do for its work.
