the secure of data is the priority of this setup... cuz im using one ssd for os and one for rednering ... raid array is for storage.....

which RAID is suitable for video editing.. and what can do when a one HDD is going to dead ....

and can i plug any HDD or SSD while running raid setup??

can i use a two ssds not raid and two Or 4 Hdd in raid in same pc???

Erm, probably raid 1 would be good, unless you don't care much about redundancy and just want speed, then raid 0.

Yes you can plug any hdd or ssd in while running a raid setup.

Yes, you can have multiple drives outside the raid configuration.
