Need help removing ad ware

So I was downloading cheat engine, and I somehow forgot to untick on of those boxes...

 

 

Now I have "Great Find" on my IE Browser and its horrible...

 

How does one remove this?

Why are u using IE??? Its so slow O_o

 

Anyway go to extensions and remove it

see if you can remove the great find temporarily by going to the extensions and removing it. i would first go to "uninstall programs" in control panel and see what looks fishy. after that, get malwarebytes to scan. after than get avast to clean the rest out. thats what i did for my friend's computer infested with viruses/malware, anything you can name. now it's as fast as when he bought it

Use adwcleaner also why IE?

Ill try that! I use IE because everything else doesn't work for me. FireFox seems to always give me adware (Just by going to google) Chrome always crashes on me.

 

So why do I use IE? Because it isn't slow, It isn't terrible, it just works.
