Can't find the difference between the 850M with ddr3 vs the gddr5 video ram, can someone link me a good video or explain how big the gap is between the two?

The one w/ GDDR5 has a MUCH higher data rate, is overall stronger

i7 6700k - 32GB DDR4-2133 - GTX 980

If there is no huge price difference go for the GDDR5 obviously.

 

As for the gap in performance, it should not be huge but still more or less noticeable.
