Problems joining Homegroup

I just upgraded my HTPC, and as normal I always have problems joining the homegroup.

The new HTPC has Win8.1, while my main PC has Win7.

 

I have tried everyting I can find online, but nothing seems to help.

 

Anybody have any tips?

Sorry for the few off Capital letters in my posts, it does it on its own when I Write in English, since my OS is in another Language. It's annoying.
