NZXT is really good about sending replacement parts! i have the phantom 410 and my usb 3.0 headers died, i emailed NZXT, they got back to me within 24 hrs and sent a replacement front i/o that got to me within a week FOR FREE! So i personally can't complain :)

That's awesome to know actually, my front panel audio is bugging out.

Yeah! i even told them "so is it gonna cost me anything? i have no problem paying like 10 bucks or something." And he just said na man its fine, just when you install it, e-mail me and let me know if the new I/O works.
