Hard Decision

Okay, so I have $700 in my pocket and my original price budget was a $500 gaming pc build with a monitor somewhere under $200 and above $100.

 

However, I found another option. I can up the budget to about $600 and get a $100 monitor ---> http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-monitor-vw199tp or something like ---> http://pcpartpicker.com/part/acer-monitor-umwg6aab01 

 

What should I do? Help me out people.
