SO i just purchased 2 8GB RAM for my wife laptop because I'm tired of her complaining about how minecraft and her photography lags hard. Before that it had a single 4GB RAM card and after some research i found that 16GB was optimal for photo and vid edditing so I got that and I'm still looking for a proper APU but anyways I put in both 8GB RAM and after rebooting it it only reads that it has a single 8GB is there something else I got to do to have it read both RAM slots?
