hey guys just got a new case and h110 for my i5 3570k i've got a msi g43 and i was wondering what a good overclock would be to run and how to do it. any help is much appreciated!

It's for haswell but applies to pretty much any CPU. Maybe if you look around you can find a specific guide for your mobo/CPU. We can't recommend exact settings because every CPU is different, it's up to you to find the optimal ones.

what you have your cpu clock at depends on what temps youre getting. i know for me, 4.2Ghz vs 4.5Ghz is a drastic jump in voltage and temperature. i suggest you set youre multiplier to 45 and your voltage controls to offset and set the voltage for +.115v. run prime 95 and monitor temps. if everything seems fine drop voltage down to +.110v. keep doing this till your computer blue screens then go back to previous voltage.
