I want to replace the storage on my pc and i cant decide between a Samsung 850 evo 500gb and a Wd black 2 tb or A-Data premier pro 256gb, and WD black 3tb. I have a lot of games, music, Microsoft word, and other things. I plan to keep the drives for a while.

Thanks

Hey Pokemonking81,

The most popular and useful combination for desktops is a pure SSD with a separate HDD. I'd choose a big-enough SSD for the OS and all the demanding applications and games that would benefit from the faster transfer speeds and shorter access times and go with as big HDD as the budget allows for everything else. WD Black is a great drive designed for performance and durability. If you need a larger drive for simple storage and backups with no need of faster access times or high transfer speeds, I could suggest checking out WD Green: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=JGhF2R

If this helped you, like and choose it as best answer - you might help someone else with the same issue. ^_^
