I am running Windows 10 tech preview on my ssd, I also have an internal hdd for storage.

I was in the process of installing arch Linux on my hdd when I might have formatted the wrong drive when choosing which drive I want Linux installed on so I restarted the computer and let it boot into Windows as it normally does and I find this error. So I thought I had formatted the ssd and now I'm left with no OS. So I grab the USB that I had created a while ago to install Windows on my pc so I plug it in and choose to boot from it at startup and instead of being taken to the installation screen I got the same error again. I looked for solutions online but to no avail.

Check your bios, you may have the wrong boot device chosen. Also try removing any CDs or Floppy disks you may have in your system, your computer may be set to boot from them.

Try booting all of the available hard drive options, one of them should boot into windows, if not you may have deleted your MBR of your windows install, and will need to recover it either with the windows usb key you have or by using your arch installer to manually boot into it using grub.

you should have an option to select a specific boot device on your post screen. (in my experience its usually f10, f11, or f12) from there you can select your usb key. Once it loads the windows installer you can select an option (I think its on the screen right after you select your language) that says something similar to repair an install, the automatic repair will almost always detect a broken bootloader and fix it.

but before attempting that, I would try booting from any other HDDs or SSDs in the system, windows doesnt always install the bootloader on the drive that is the C drive once booted. I had one install that used my backup storage HDD to store the bootloader and my ssd for the actual windows install. (it was because of an extremely stupid dual boot problem  I caused, but still, it could happen)
