Help i need a new pc case

Hey i was planning on getting new pc parts when i realized my pc is basically a jet engine and i should replace it instead of getting a new case..... i went on amazon looked and looked (i know this story seems far fetched but stay with me) i just don't know what case to get.

 

the requirements:

midi tower- something that can hold an ATX motherboard and h75 water cooler in push pull

silent- something with sound damping foam

can hold large GPU (gtx 970 g1)

[Sam Z Man]

H440 or Define R5

 

Both are silent, and around the same price, pick the one you think looks better.
