>$150 DAC suggestion for Swan M50W

Sardis

Hey guys,

So I am getting some Swan M50w 2.1 speakers tomorrow for $120 which I thought was too good of a deal to pass up. http://www.swanspeaker.com/product/htm/view.asp?id=443

My question is what DAC under $150, preferrable $100, is there that I can get that will be suitable for these speakers. I realise it's not the same as driving high ohm headphones so no real need for an amp but I'd like better quality than just onboard. I have seen second hand Essence STX cards going for about $100 but I would prefer a portable solution that I can use with my laptop and phone if I even need to. Thanks in advance!

<p>Fiio e10 will amaze you and i think its around $60-$70. Also I would like you to post a review of those speakers in the review thread so I can see if you like the speakers or not.</p>

those are more focused on headphones.

But they should work as the speakers are active.

those are more focused on headphones.

They make my 2.1 speaker setup sound so much better and when I want to plug in headphones i can.
