Hi,I have WD Blue 500GB drive.....Now I have 7 partitions......(C〓Windows Drive,E,F,G,H,I,J)

Sorry for extended paritions......

Now I want to Repartition Drive C and E when reinstalling Windows...Can't do it other time Because C have the windows installed...So how do I repart the Drives C and E....?(C and E are both 30.2GBs Drives)

A screenshot of My Computer and Disk Management would be helpful.
Once you have the OS installed, C automatically becomes your default boot partition. You can re-size it, but it is not advisable as you can corrupt some of the boot files and cause Windows to crash and not boot again. You might be able to do that after you do a good defragmentation and reduce the size of the partition. You can extend it as much as you can, this shouldn't harm the files. 
 
For the rest of the partition you shouldn't have problems doing so from Disk Management. :)
