Hello guys could you help me out? I'm currently 16, and I haven't used a PC in years, mostly Chromebook and my phone. I've been following Linus and learning a bit more and more. I'm currently in the US, and budget of 700. Not sure whether to go AMD or Intel, but i want to build in the Silverstone SG13 or something i believe the itx i saw from linus's videos. And since i go between cities a lot, i thought it be cool to bring it along. This PC at the moment is used for daily photoshop editing by the start of the new school year for AP Digital. And basic stuff, and as for gaming I usually only play CS:GO, League, or Maple. I don't really have plans in mind for hard core gaming, but i also edit videos only about once or twice a year as well. Thank you.

I would not recommend doing a build in a itx case if you are new.
