How are you going to power it?

Look at EVGA for a power supply, if you want an AIO cooler, I recommend the H100i GTX and just go with Artic Silver for thermal compound

do you have any sort of budget?

are you after silence?

can I propose another monitor?

Not gaming only. I have 500$ yo Olay with for the last parts, silence would be nice, you can propose another monitor. The parts listed are parts that I have already purchased.
