Audio Issues

So i was using mumble while playing tf2 today and when i was done i closed mumble. Everything was fine. Then I went and joined another tf2 game, without mumble running and there was no in game audio. So i fiddled around with the settings and couldn't find any solution. Anybody know what's wrong and how i can fix it? I have restarted tf2 and steam and closed mumble entirly. Any other things i can try?
