@Windows 10 Re-Install?

So... I currently have windows 8.1 and have got my copy of win10 reserved, however as many of you will also wish to do is a clean install as my current OS is full of crap, will this be possible, can I re-install 8.1 then reserve and upgrade? will they release the .iso to burn to a CD/DVD?

I believe this is correct, but wait until the official release late july.

The reservation of Windows 10 is tied to your account, NOT to the install of Windows.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

As I understand it, you'll have to upgrade your current copy of Win 8.1 to 10 and from there you can clean install from ISO.
