Minecraft mod file disabled

Im not sure if this is the correct place to post this.

Im trying to enable a mod in my FTB direwolf20 1.5 server. The mod is biomes o plenty.

Here is what ive done:

I added BIOMESOP as level type.

And in the config [b:"Add Biomes To Default World"=true] is already true.

 

I dont know what else i can do?

IMO for tinkering with a specific program I would try posting on the FTB forums, even though this is technically technology you will find people who know a lot more about FTB on their forums.
