Will this RAM be compatible to my laptop?

My laptop is an Asus K42JY model, now only having 2GB PC3-10600 1333MHz RAM, which I plan to get another 4GB.

 

The problems is that does PC3-12800 1600MHz works with this model?

It should do, but you'd be better off getting RAM that is the same speed to maximise compatibility.
