Real Time Clock failure? 5 beep error code!

Go to solution Solved by Blebekblebek,

Cmos battery dead.

Ok. I have a dell inspiron 660s all out on a table, I'm testing it. Here is the issue. When I plug it in and press the power button I have on it, it beeps 5 times. When I search it up, it says "Real Time Clock failure." I have no idea what that means. The PC has 4gb of ram, some custom form factor small mobo, some optical drive pulled from some old acer, a 500gb caviar blue HDD by WD, sandy bridge 2nd gen Pentium, and a hyper t4 without thermal paste just sitting on top of the cpu not mounted(only for testing) the pc has been working in this stupid setup for the last couple of days.. but now this is happening. What is causing this "Real Time Clock failure."? I don't even know what that means...
