Video Driver Issue.

Okay, I really need an expert help on this one. This laptop I receive from my Brother is a sony vaio vgn - aw310j running window 7 professional 32bit .

At first I was looking for help on how to make the HDMI port work. But soon I notice the nvidia 9600M GT that was suppose to be on this machine was not install. So i DL geforce experience to see if it can do it automatically for me.

Nope didnt work...

Then trying to do manually by going to Sony support and DL the window 7 32bit ver.

nope

going to nvidia site and download the larger file 341.44 file...

nope didnt work

error: could not find compatible graphic hardware. 

any clue on how i can fix this? is it possible I need to get my hand on a 64bit copy of win7 in order for this to work?
