What BOINC projects to pick?

I'm not sure what projects are the most popular and which gives me most feedback.  nvm found a stat page!

CPU: Intel Core i7 4790K

CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15

RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB 1866MHz

GPU: Asus Strix RTX 2060 OC

Motherboard: Asus Maximus VII Hero 

Storage: 1TB, 500GB, 250GB SSD's, 1TB SSHD

Case: Corsair Carbide Air 540

We are not exactly sure what you mean by "feedback" either. Do you mean raw points? Medals? Perhaps one where you can actually see the results of the research?

gone fulltime FAH instead but thanks anyway! And yes sorry i should have been a bit more specific, i meant results of the research and medals etc.
