please find me a psu for 970 SLI and Overclocked 4690K 4.4ghz. .. this is the last thing im left with but cant seem to get one.. those who have 970s should help or any other person with knowledge on this should help.. budget $70

Look at the EVGA GS or B2.. Best option near that price point.

 

B2 750W is $54, good unit, bronze efficiency

Both will comfortably run an SLI set-up and overclocks unless your running loads of other stuff too (like MANY HDD's etc).. your choice of the slightly higher capacity and cheaper price or the slightly higher quality and efficiency at a bit more cost and slightly lower capacity.

Of those two the B2 should be fine.
