Questions about changing resolution/size.

Go to solution Solved by SkywardKkalox,

You can't go past your monitors native resolution, but you can downscale using windows's scaling feature or while ingame.

First question: How do I force a specific higher resolution on my monitor like 1080p?

Second question: Is there any way to change the size of everything on my monitor without changing the resolution?

I just found out what a Scaler actually is instead of just changing the resolution like I thought it was.

You can do it through the Nvidia control panel(I dont know how you do it with AMD cards) It is called Super sampling.

In windows 7 and 8 I assume, you can make the icons larger by right clicking and changing the icons to large.

you cannot force at 1080p moniter above 1080p but you right click on the desktop and click screen resolution

I already know of that video. I'm asking because I'm using Pentium graphics.

I dont think it is possible with Intel HD graphics.
