CPU cooler airflow question

Hello,

I am building a server for the first time and I am planning on having these coolers cool 2 Intel Xeon E5 2630s in a 2U case. Will these cpu coolers work or should I use these coolers to have a more 'proper' airflow. If it would help, I am using an ASUS Z10PE-D16 SSI EEB server motherboard that I (think) was used in the 36 cores 2 Titan X build by Linus. AKA "These zip ties should make sure that the cooler doesn't fall of the 2 Xeons, right?"  I would appreciate the advice because I don't have 2 Titan Xs to act as counterweight when I have to zip tie the CPU coolers on.

Well the bigger the heat sink the better the cooling ... so id recommend http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835114134 since the airflow would be on the side instead on the top due to the cases " slimness "
