dd-wrt firmware with virgin superhub?

Go to solution Solved by Altecice,

Nope you cant use any third-party firmware with the SH.

Is it possible to use third party router firmware with a virgin super hub? I've read quite a few places which point to buying a septate router and turning the superhub into modem mode in order to use the 3rd party firmware with the third part router. Can I not use the super hub with router firmware such as dd-wrt?

Ok thanks, just to clarify I would need to buy a separate router and put the super hub in modem only mode right?
