84C max

I'm using the H60, and for some reason it peaks at 85C at games like arma, even BF2 PR...  clueless as to why, but i bet it is broken, i have put noctua thermal paste on it, cleaned the chopper plate before, cleaned for dust, maxed my fans for max airflow with no difference. Any way to fix this without buying a new CPU cooler?

These aren't bad temps, especially for Israel.

those temps seem right i have the same temps with a h100i but the 4690k is overclocked about 15% what the ambient temp where the pc is since if its high then the pc is always going to be hotter then others run at lower ambient's
