Custom Firmware PS3

Does anyone here use a PS3 which is flashed with cfw from 3.55 onwards?

 

I am planning to downgrade mine from 4.70 to 3.55 (Used to be on CFW till my younger sibling updated the console) using E3 flasher from a third party service. 

 

Just need some tips on what CFW I should look into because last time I was up to date with the scene, I jailbroke the console with  an iPod nano 1st gen (Rockbox) and was on Kmeaw 3.55 CFW. Now there are lots of different CFW's like Rogero, habib etc, other mods including rebug, QA Flagging so not sure what the difference is?

 

Any experienced forum user here familiar with the topic?
