Recomendations

Ok so ive come into a dilemma with my motherboard. It needs a major upgrade and i need some recommendations on what to pick next. My requirements are as follows

• AM3 socket (decent cpu so not getting rid of it yet)
• at least PCI 2x16 (currently on crap x16)
• Form factor: uATX

You don't want to spend money for that outdated amd cpu save up your money for Intel components.
