Dual 2011v3 RAID question

Hello,

Do I need a RAID controller card to have a RAID 5 or 10 setup with this motherboard? If so, can you recommend one? I'm building a server for the first time.

The boards supports raid 5 and 10 in windows but not 5 in linux.
