Not aware of an automatic solution of doing this, But what i did is configure the browser i use to change its download location to a folder called "Downloads" on the HDD. then hotlink that downloads folder on the sidebar next to the normal downloads folder

Right click the actual directory for each thing you want to change the location of. Hit properties, then click the location tab. You can move them there.

 

That's what I do in Windows 8.1. You could also delete the original folders and replace them with shortcuts to the actual folders on your other drive.

Hi there @Motorcate!

 

For the files you can set your browser/torrent client to download to the HDD.

 

As for the program installations, I don't think it can be done automatically. You just have to manually set the install location every time you install a program or game - when installing programs/games always select the "custom install" option when installing and change it to the drive/folder you want to install it on.
