Dedicated Streaming PC

I was wondering what the minimum processor requirements are for streaming 1080p 60 FPS video. I will be using a 2 PC setup with a capture card (Avermedia Livegamer Extreme) Capturing from my Gaming PC to the Streaming PC. All the processor will be doing is encoding the video. So what is the minimum requirements for this? I don't care about whether it is AMD or Intel. Thank you in advance!

id say a xeon 1231 v3 without a budget cause, its an i7 without the overclocking or iGPU.
