Ducky Mini Help

Hi everyone, I just bought a ducky mini keyboard. I have 2 questions that the user manual does not seem to address. First I am trying to figure out how i can use the Fn key without having to hold it down everytime. Is there a way to toggle the Fn key to stay on without holding it? and then turn it off by pressing it again? I did some googling and the thing that shows up is that you can go into the bios to change the function keys settings but thats for laptops. I have a desktop pc with an MSI Z87-G45 gaming MOBO in it and there is no setting in the bios (that i can find) to change the Fn keys settings. I also run on windows 7.

 

My second question is How do I program my ducky mini to have 2 function keys? It only has one on the right side. I would preferably want the second function key to replace the left Ctrl key. It implies I can do this because it provides me with an extra Fn key, but there is no way in the manual that tells me how to do this. Iv'e also read online that you can completely ruin your ducky mini by erasing your function keys altogether so I am afraid to program the Fn key as well.
