gtx 960 screen problems

my screens are an asus 24" 1080p 60hz and a tv 42" 1080p 60hz but when i do both screens my fps goes down drasticaly what do i do?

What are you trying to do? And what are the rest of your specs?

i5 4460 gtx 960 early model from msi 2gb 8gb ram windows 8.1 . i just want to play games on 1 and youtube on the other
