Computer Freezes for no reason

I have 

Xeon E5 2660

Intel DX79TO 

Gtx 760 1.5gb

16 GB HyperX RAM 

 

 

When i branch-mark it, its fine however when gaming or opening applications it just freezes (after some time) and have to reset computer. It failed Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool 64bit but passed Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility stress test
